1. Who do you usually work with?

icono

I collaborate with creative agencies, production studios, startups, freelance producers, brands and particular clients seeking to strengthen their visual communication through animation. My experience spans both short-term projects and long-term partnerships founded on consistency and shared creative vision.

2. What kind of services do you offer?

icono

I specialize in character animation, motion graphics, explainer videos, Lottie animations for web, and After Effects compositing. I also take on direction and lead roles in projects including pilot episodes, music videos, short films, and 2D animated series. I’m equally comfortable designing characters and visual assets from scratch or working with materials provided by clients.

3. What’s your workflow like?

icono

When a project requires the complete development, I oversee the entire production process — defining goals and visual direction, creating the storyboard, designing assets or characters, producing the animatic, animating, and managing revisions based on feedback until the final delivery meets the client’s expectations.

4. What tools and formats do you use?

icono

I mainly work with After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Clip Studio (when hand-drawn frames are needed). For optimized web animations, I use Lottie and Bodymovin to ensure smooth playback and lightweight files. Deliverables are provided in the formats you need (MP4, MOV, JSON, etc.).

5. How long does a typical project take?

icono

Timelines depend on complexity. A one-minute explainer animation —excluding the design and preparation of graphic assets— typically takes around 2 to 4 weeks. Projects that require additional stages such as storyboarding, character design, or detailed animation can extend to 5 weeks or more. I always set realistic deadlines and share a clear production schedule before beginning.

6. Do you offer fixed-price quotes or work hourly?

icono

I usually work with fixed-price quotes based on project complexity, animation length, workload, and responsibility. I request a 50% upfront payment and the remaining upon final delivery. For ongoing or long-term collaborations, I can also work hourly or under a monthly retainer.

7. Are you open to long-term collaborations?

icono

Exactly — that’s what I value the most. My goal is to build long-term, trust-based creative relationships where collaboration and quality come first. If you’re an agency or brand looking for a dependable animation partner, I’d be glad to connect. Stop re-explaining your needs to new vendors every time — share your vision once, and let me handle the rest.

8. What languages do you work in?

icono

My native language is Spanish, and that’s where I communicate most naturally. I’ve also worked successfully with English-speaking clients on long-term projects without issues in understanding or coordination. However, my spoken English isn’t fully fluent for complex conversations. If you need someone with advanced written and spoken English, I might not be the best fit — but with mostly written communication and occasional calls, we’ll understand each other perfectly and get great results.
